By accessing or using PSLE Ninja ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

PSLE Ninja is designed for students preparing for the Singapore PSLE (Primary 4–6). Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors.

3. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of Service

Content (questions, quizzes, explanations, and other materials) is for personal, educational use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or modify content without permission. You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempts to hack, disrupt, or automate use of our services.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a subscription. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes; PSLE Ninja is a practice and learning tool.

6. Rewards and Promotions

From time to time, PSLE Ninja may run rewards (e.g. Robux credits, daily quests). These are subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and software are owned by PSLE Ninja OÜ or our licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

PSLE Ninja is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, exam outcomes, or data loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
